PRIVACY POLICY

Manamis session tokens are encrypted on this phone, scoped to your MilePocket account, and are not synced. Manamis passwords are never saved. Manual and automatic load searches while monitoring send fresh phone GPS, search radius and your Manamis vehicle category; they do not write driver location or availability. Manamis authentication is separate from MilePocket Google sign-in. Odysseia session tokens are encrypted on this phone and are not synced in this version. Odysseia passwords and email codes are never saved. Without cloud sign-in, MilePocket keeps your optional driver/vehicle profile, settings, connections, finances, load-check history, trips and GPS history on this phone. Vehicle records include fuel type, factory tank capacity, your corrections, additional-tank capacity, MPG, reserve and approximate manual fuel readings with their input time. Load-check history includes ZIP routes, approximate starting locations, proposed and accepted rates, calculation estimates and outcomes you explicitly record. These records are not shared with other drivers or used for community predictions in this version. When you sign in and enable cloud sync, these records are uploaded to your MilePocket account on Google Firebase / Google Cloud. This includes saved Dispatchland and Western session tokens and Telegram bot credentials so connections can be restored on another phone. Your Dispatchland and Western passwords are not stored by MilePocket. Western session cookies are saved as a connection.

Cloud access is restricted to your account. Connections are additionally encrypted before upload; their recovery key is also held in your restricted cloud account. This is not end-to-end encryption against the cloud administrator. Authorized project administrators have technical access to the hosted data. Google sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages.

Device permissions and current GPS fixes are not restored as permissions or live positions on another phone. Cloud sync requires a connection. Only data confirmed as synced can be recovered if this phone is lost. Unsynced data stays on this phone.

You can edit records, disconnect providers, change device permissions and use account/deletion controls. Signing out alone does not delete cloud records. Deleted records may remain recoverable until permanently removed. Operational security records and Google-controlled logs may remain for their retention periods. TRIP RECORDING

Start Workday enables location recording, including while the screen is off. It stores timestamped GPS points, mileage, trip times, classification, purpose and notes on this device; earlier saved odometer records remain available where supported. End Workday stops trip recording; the separate Live GPS switch controls load distances. With cloud sync enabled, recorded routes are uploaded in parts. You can export Trips as CSV and move trips to Deleted Records. Deleted records and prior cloud versions are retained for recovery until permanently removed.

Opening a trip or load map requests visible map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Opening load details sends pickup and delivery coordinates to OSRM for a road preview; Android geocoding may resolve the places first. The tile provider receives the viewed map area and normal network metadata, not the stored route polyline or finance data. Android's geocoding provider may receive trip endpoints to resolve place names.

GPS gaps and measurement errors can affect recorded mileage. Review flagged trips and reconcile with your odometer. Corrections retain the original GPS mileage. Trip categories and reports do not determine tax deductibility.

LOAD ECONOMICS

Quick Load Check resolves your entered U.S. ZIP codes through Android geocoding and sends starting/pickup/delivery coordinates to OSRM for road estimates. It requests location once, or uses your starting ZIP, and does not change availability or start trip recording. The last pickup/delivery ZIPs are saved locally per account. Load economics stores your entered offer price, mileage and cost assumptions on this phone, separately for each account. These drafts are not synced to other phones or written to Finance. Vehicle defaults follow profile sync. Fuel estimates use public EIA weekly U.S. regional averages; the EIA request contains no route or vehicle information. Pickup/delivery regions are used locally to form a baseline. The public fuel cache is shared on this device. The basic estimate has no automatic toll price. Google estimates require an explicit Calculate action in Load details or Direct / Scheduled in Quick Load Check, as described below. Gross RPM is the offer payment divided by all miles, before any expenses; it needs an offer payment but does not depend on toll pricing. Unknown tolls are not deducted from the estimated remaining payment. Remaining after listed costs is not after-tax profit and excludes unentered fixed costs. Estimates can differ from actual costs.

LIVE LOCATION

Availability in Account controls background activity on this phone. Not Available and a future scheduled status stop GPS, close the workday and pause automatic source checks and cloud sync. Existing records remain saved. Available starts GPS and a workday when permissions allow. Scheduled activation can use optional all-the-time location permission; without it, open the start reminder to resume. Availability and schedules are stored on this phone, separately for each account. Live GPS is optional and must be enabled by the user. While it is on, Android shows a foreground-service notification and MilePocket keeps the latest phone location updated. The current coordinates and each pickup's coordinates are sent directly to the routing provider to estimate road distance and drive time. Coordinates are not sent to Dispatchland. If you separately enable Auto-update Western location, Android geocoding determines a US ZIP from the primary phone's fresh position. MilePocket submits that ZIP through your own Western session, changing the truck location visible to Western dispatchers. This is off by default, stored per account on this phone and can be paused in Settings → Western website. No developer account is used. Checks target about 30 minutes while monitoring is on, subject to Android limits. Turning Live GPS off restores the distance supplied by the load source.

FINANCE RECORDS

Finance is a personal record-keeping tool. Each income entry is independent; MilePocket does not infer or record relationships between different jobs. Gross, expense, net, mileage, and RPM values are estimates based on the information entered by the user. Period RPM uses odometer readings rather than summing load miles. Verify all records before tax, accounting, or business use. MilePocket does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

THIRD-PARTY CONNECTIONS

When you enable a feature, this device communicates directly with the relevant third party: Dispatchland for account and load data, Telegram for bot messages, and mapping, geocoding, or routing providers for routes and live road-distance estimates. Western offers are read from its authenticated website in an embedded browser. The website receives its session cookies and normal connection information. MilePocket reads the offer list, not private chat or finance history on that website. Those services apply their own privacy terms.

OPTIONAL GOOGLE ROUTES PILOT

Only an explicit Calculate route + tolls action in Load details, or Direct / Scheduled in Quick Load Check, sends route endpoints, vehicle/emission choices, toll passes and Avoid Tolls to the MilePocket Routes service and Google Maps. Firebase Authentication identifies your account to MilePocket for pilot access and request limits. The Google API key stays on the server. Route results, polylines and calculated costs are not saved in Check history, cloud sync or Finance. Opening a card, returning to a screen or refreshing offers does not submit a Google request. Results are not cached across cards.

The pilot models a car or two-axle cargo van without a trailer, not a commercial/high-roof Sprinter tariff. Toll estimates cover pickup to delivery only; deadhead tolls remain unknown. No tolls reported is not a guarantee of free travel. Routes do not include live traffic. Google Maps terms and Google's privacy policy apply to this optional service. By using Google Maps features and content in MilePocket, you are bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy linked below, incorporated here by reference. Google receives search terms, IP addresses and coordinates to provide and improve its services under that policy. Do not extract, bulk download or retain provider content contrary to those terms.

OPTIONAL FUEL SEARCH

Fuel Search is an account-restricted pilot. Only tapping Search stations sends your entered ZIP/address or route, selected fuel type and route preferences to the MilePocket Firebase backend and Google Places API (New) / Routes API. Selecting GPS as the start sends the phone coordinates; manual entry works without location permission. Firebase Authentication identifies your account to MilePocket for access and request limits. Server API keys are not included in the APK. Editing text, moving the fuel slider and redrawing the screen do not request Google data.

Station details, provider prices, road distances and calculated plans stay in the current screen; they are not written to Finance, load-check history or cloud sync. Request IDs, request fingerprints, account identifiers, timestamps, statuses and usage counters are retained for duplicate prevention and quota control. These metadata do not contain route addresses, provider responses or API keys. Automatic expiration is not configured for all operational metadata. Google Cloud also processes service logs and network metadata.

Vehicle settings, manual fuel readings and private favorite station IDs and notes are included in supported account sync when enabled. A favorite stores only its Google place ID and your own note, not a copy of provider prices or station details. Private favorites are not published. Shared driver observations are disabled in this version; no public price-sharing service is active.

Prices may be absent or outdated. The price timestamp is the source's last observation, not the time you searched. Cash, card or membership conditions may be unknown. Confirm the fuel type, final pump price, opening hours and vehicle access at the station. Missing diesel information is not confirmed diesel availability.

Tank capacity, fuel remaining, MPG and reserve depend on your input. Manual percentages and predicted range are estimates from your dashboard, not vehicle telemetry. Old manual levels are not a live gauge. Keep a suitable reserve and update levels after driving or refueling. Plans compare found candidates with available data, including road detour fuel; they do not guarantee the lowest possible cost or safe arrival. Road position and return direction may be approximate; ordinary driving routes do not verify commercial access or a high-roof/dual-wheel toll class. Verify the route and access yourself.
